Philosophy is crap

June 6, 2008

You know how Meredith is always saying, “psych is crap” on Grey’s Anatomy? Well, I disagree. Psych isn’t crap. PHILOSOPHY is crap. Basically, one is taught that nothing is real and that we must learn to prove… that nothing is real. But since nothing is real, philosophy itself isn’t real and I shouldn’t be wasting my time studying it. Really, I’m not studying it anyway, though. Just staring at the book. Which, last time I checked, wasn’t really studying- it was a more developed form of day dreaming.

Right now I think I’m just tired. My eyes feel sleepy.

And philosophy is a really hard word to type.

Update: Philosophy is over. Done. Gone. I am finished and, by the grace of God, leaving with my sanity intact. I put up with my professor’s Obama adoration, my classmates inability to stand up for anything that was decent and normal, and the writings/rantings of radical, left-wing retards. It was hard, and it was long, but I’m finished. Surprisingly, I think I made it out with an A.

If my professor really knew how I felt, she would have probably failed me and made me retake her class so I could “re-educate” myself. Or, in other words, her form of indoctrination to the cool lefty side of academia.

All I have to say is, whatever.
